- Value-Added Tax (VAT): All service fees include a 10% VAT.
- Expert Linguistic Work: All translations are conducted by professional, native linguists in the target language.
- Editing and Quality Control: Every project undergoes a thorough review, including secondary editing by a qualified linguist (based on selected package) and final quality control by a dedicated project manager, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Document Formatting: Translated documents are formatted to match the original layout, ensuring readability and professionalism.
- Revision Period: We offer multiple round of revisions within 10 to 30 business days based on the original source text. Revisions requested after this period or based on altered source content may incur additional fees.
Digital Solutions
Our digital solutions include a complete project workflow from concept to delivery:
- Requirement Analysis and Project Planning: Our team conducts a thorough analysis of project requirements to meet client objectives effectively.
- Project Execution and Quality Assurance: We implement rigorous quality control processes throughout development, testing, and final delivery stages.

Payment Conditions
Payment for services is required upon project completion unless an alternative arrangement is made in advance. We accept payments via most major credit cards, Payoneer, PayPal, or direct bank transfers, with any payment processing fees borne by the client.
Refund Policy
Our goal is client satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our services. In the event that services do not meet the agreed-upon standards, refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- Full or Partial Refunds: Refunds will be assessed based on the usability and quality of the completed work. A full or partial refund may be granted if significant issues arise that cannot be addressed through our revision process.
- Eligibility Period: Refunds are available within the agreed support period or, if unspecified, within one month following the delivery of the service. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided for changes in project scope or modifications to the source material after delivery. Refunds are also not applicable for personal preferences that differ from the agreed-upon project parameters.
